The absentee ballot application deadline is Tuesday, October 27 !
If you need a ballot...

  1. Print the absentee ballot application available from the Delaware County Election Bureau
  2. Fill out the form and send it to the Delaware County Bureau of Elections
    They must RECEIVE your application NO LATER THAN Tuesday, October 27 !
    • You can mail the completed form to "Election Bureau, Delaware County, Government Center Ground Floor, 201 West Front Street, Media, PA 19063"
    • You can fax the completed form to the Election Bureau at 610-892-0641. If you do this, you must ALSO mail the completed form to them (they must receive the hardcopy of the faxed application by Thursday, October 29).
    • You can deliver completed applications in person to the Bureau of Elections (in lieu of any of the previously mentioned mail options)
  3. An absentee ballot will be mailed to your home address after they receive your application
  4. They must receive (once again, postmark date is irrelevant) the completed absentee ballot from you no later than Friday, October 30
  5. To confirm or clarify any of the above, call the Delaware Count Bureau of Elections at 610-891-4673
